At Nykd by Nykaa, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy for all eligible products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners intact to qualify for a successful return.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once the request is placed, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-4 business days to collect the securely packed parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or Nykd wallet within 7-10 days.
