How do I find my perfect bra size?

We recommend using our 'Nykd Size Advisor' tool available on every product page. Simply enter your measurements to find the most comfortable fit tailored to your body shape.

What is the return policy for intimate wear?

For hygiene reasons, panties and shapewear are not eligible for return. However, bras and sleepwear can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and have all original tags attached.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for other locations across India.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order from the 'My Orders' section as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned per our policy.

How should I care for my Nykd products?

To maintain the elasticity and fabric quality, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or a tumble dryer.
